Every account gets 5 classify-and-expand runs a month on us — Bridge pays for those (they run on Gemini 3.5 Flash). Beyond that allowance, Bridge's AI runs on an API key you supply — Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google Gemini — and those AI costs are charged directly to your account by your provider. Bridge charges for the orchestration layer only. This keeps Bridge's pricing honest and predictable: you pay for what you use at provider cost, not a bundled markup, and you choose your own models and control your own data relationship with the AI provider. One caveat: a supplied key is honored on paid plans (Discover and above) — adding a key on the Free tier doesn't unlock unlimited AI.

How much will I actually spend on AI costs?

Your first 5 AI runs each month are on us, so light usage can cost you nothing. Past that it depends on your usage and model choices, but for a moderate usage profile it typically runs roughly $3–$10/month in API costs, depending on the model tier you pick — a cheaper model at the low end, a top-tier model at the high end. You control this in Settings → Models, and Bridge shows a per-feature usage breakdown in Settings → Usage so you always know where costs come from.

What does LTD actually mean?

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of Bridge, not the lifetime of the universe. Bridge commits to operating the service for a minimum of three (3) years from your LTD purchase date, providing 90 days written notice before any discontinuation, and making your data available for export during that notice period. LTD purchases are final sale. This language follows the SaaS industry standard for lifetime deals — the same framework used by AppSumo across hundreds of products.

Will the prices change?

These prices are locked at launch. Bridge may raise prices for new signups around 6 months post-launch, but existing customers — including anyone who signs up during the pre-launch window — are grandfathered at their original rate. The 20% pre-launch discount on yearly plans is permanent: pre-launch yearly subscribers stay at the pre-launch rate for the life of the subscription, as long as it doesn't lapse.

What about iOS app purchases?

At launch (October 2026), all payments go through Stripe on the web at bridgedev.io/pricing. Pre-order customers come through email and are already on the web, so this is the natural path. Apple in-app purchases via RevenueCat are planned for roughly 3 months post-launch, once App Store organic discovery becomes meaningful. LTD checkout will remain web-only — Apple IAP does not cleanly support lifetime non-consumables for SaaS.
