Delete your account
This permanently deletes your Bridge account and everything in it. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What gets permanently deleted
- Every note you've captured — raw text, classifications, and expansions
- All generated Build Plans and their files
- All chat sessions and messages
- Your idea graph — constellations, connections, and embeddings
- Settings, model preferences, and usage history
- Any API keys you stored with Bridge
- Your sign-in account itself
This is immediate and permanent. There is no grace period and it cannot be undone.
What is not deleted
- App Store and Google Play subscriptions. These are managed by Apple and Google — we cannot cancel them for you. Cancel in your store settings or you'll keep being charged.
- Stripe payment records. Invoices and payment history stay with Stripe, which retains them for tax and accounting obligations.
- Newsletter subscription. If you subscribed, that's a separate system — use the unsubscribe link in any Bridge email.
- Anonymised analytics and crash reports that aren't linked to your account, and operational logs that expire on their own schedule.
